Clubhouse
The Clubhouse is now available to be rented by Members in good standing for private functions. The maximum occupancy is 65 guests. To request a rental, Members must complete and submit all sections of the Clubhouse Rental Agreement to Landmark Limited for review and approval. The reservation cost is $450 for an eight (8) hour duration (Reservation Fee), and a security deposit of $300 (Security Deposit) is mandatory for all reservations. Please provide two separate checks for the Security Deposit and Reservation Fee. Make both checks payable to: The Villas at Diamond Creek Homeowners Association. Additionally, event insurance is required to secure the requested reservation date.
The security deposit will be refunded within fourteen (14) days following the event, unless damage or inadequate cleanliness are identified. The Villas at Diamond Creek Homeowners Association retains the right to adjust the Reservation Fee or Security Deposit at its discretion without prior notice.
